Terms of use
These are the ground rules for using your Echo OS workspace from The MBC Group. We kept them short and plain on purpose.
What this is
Your workspace is where we show you the marketing work we are doing for you, and where you approve it, ask for changes, or ask us a question. It is part of the service The MBC Group provides to you.
Your agreement comes first
Fees, scope, deadlines and who owns the finished work are set out in your agreement with The MBC Group. These terms only cover using the workspace. If the two ever disagree, your agreement wins.
Your login
- Accounts are set up by invitation from your MBC team. There is no public sign-up.
- Your login is for you. Please do not share your password. Tell us if you think someone else has it.
- If someone should stop having access, tell us and we will remove them.
Approvals
When you approve something here, you are telling us it is accurate and fine to use. Your approval is not the last step: our team gives it a final check before anything goes out. When you ask for changes, we make them and send you a new version.
What we ask of you
- Give us accurate information about your business, and tell us when it changes.
- Only share material you have the right to share with us.
- Do not try to get into anyone else's workspace, or to break or overload the service.
What you can expect from us
We work to keep the workspace available and your information private. We may update it, and we may pause it briefly for maintenance. We cannot promise it will never have a problem, so please do not rely on it as your only copy of anything important.
Ending access
Either of us can end workspace access at any time. When your agreement with us ends, your access ends too, unless we agree otherwise.
Changes to these terms
If we change them in a way that matters, we will tell you. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
