Privacy
This explains what The MBC Group keeps about you when you use your Echo OS workspace, why, and what you can ask us to do.
What we keep
- Your name, email address and company, so we can set up your login and know who you are.
- Your sign-in details. Your password is stored in a protected form. We cannot read it.
- What you do in the workspace: what you approved, what you asked to change, and the comments you write.
- Basic technical records, such as when you signed in, to keep the service safe and working.
- The business information and files you or your team give us so we can do the work.
Why we keep it
To run your workspace, do the marketing work we agreed with you, keep a record of your approvals, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
We use trusted companies to run the service: for hosting, for storing data, and for sending email. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. We also use AI tools to help prepare drafts of your work, so the business information needed for that work can be processed by those tools. We share information with other people only if the law requires it.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising cookies in your workspace.
How long we keep it
For as long as we work together, and for a reasonable time afterwards so we can keep our records straight. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we will take care of it, or tell you if we have to keep something and why.
Changes
If we change this in a way that matters, we will tell you. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
